Uniformed Security Officers
We provide uniformed armed and unarmed security officers. All uniformed security officers are equipped with a police-type uniform 
that projects authority and professionalism. Uniforms are regularly inspected by our supervisory staff to insure that this professional image is maintained.
Hiring Standards
Less than 10 % of those who apply for employment are even considered. Attention is given to selecting the right person for the client's facility. An in-depth pre-employment interview will be conducted with emphasis on past employment patterns and personal background. Our current pre-employment process includes criminal records checks by local police departments of all prospective security officers. We also utilize national criminal databases for an added measure of insurance against any possible deception.
Training Standards
All pre-assignment training is performed by our own top-level staff. Our security certification course has been approved by the Connecticut State Police. All security officers must possess a certification card from the Connecticut State Police before they are assigned to our clients facilities. In addition, each security officer receives specific on-site training performed by our road supervisors or facility supervisors.
